Who We Are
Flourish Counselling services specializes in providing holistic solutions to mental health. We are, the caring heart, our approach to counselling is from a strength – based, positive and affirming perspective.
We make our clients genuinely feel accepted and cared for in order for them to flourish.
We have a team of competent professionals with experience in counselling, training and group facilitation.
We use a Bio-psycho-social-spiritual model of mental health which believes that human beings are multidimensional in nature. They function both physically, psychologically, socially and in spiritual perspective.
We also use cognitive behavioral theory (CBT) approach which helps people learn how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on their behavior and emotions.
To address the gaps in accessibility, affordability and convenience in provision of professional services that are highly in need, Flourish Counselling Services came into existence and unveiled their online and offline platforms to suit the needs of all people across the country.
